Mom's Surprise 50th was a lot of fun! We were really excited to make it in town:) Mom joined us on the drive home and helped me out for the week (see pic below of laundry).
Really, the name says it all. It's a crazy hot mess. Most of the time. Sometimes we get it together. Our utensil drawer gets cleaned, the sofa cushions are picked up and vacuumed and the stairs are swept to erase any evidence of Serena. However, on a daily basis, none of these things are done. Serena has yo-yo weight gain and a strong hatred for her life. Clare is a wild toddler with a very bossy personality. Chris is busy working 43 jobs. And we've decided now is a good time to add another kid to the heap. All and all, our life is a hot mess. However, that's just how we roll.
