Cleveland: Baby Joseph, Bubbles, Patty Cake and other Trouble

This is Clare and my friend Rachel's baby, Joseph! He is ridiculously cute and Clare had a blast playing Patty Cake with him.

Clare "talking" on the bell. The bell is for Nana and PopPop's dog Missy to let us know she has to go out. Clare uses it to "talk" on the phone. Ever since she was little and we visited Aunt Steph's, Clare talks on anything with a cord or a chain.

Nana taught Clare to blow bubbles! While we were in Cincy, Clare would whistle and call Aunt Heather's dog (Chief) "Tieffffff". It was super cute. We asked her to repeat the whistle and she was able to blow bubbles. She does occasionally still taste the bubbles, but what are you going to do?




If we have seen you in the past few weeks, you may have been forced to endure us making Clare perform the above trick! If you've caught Clare most days, she refuses. It's super cute and this is the video of her doing the trick right after she learned it from Nana. So, like counting, I swear she CAN do this part of Patty Cake. She is watching herself in the mirror for a large part of the performance. While I'll take credit for a number of her best traits, like her temper, that particular quality is all Chris. He loves the mirror:)




I have tons of pics of Cleveland and will be sure to keep posting them. The weather finally broke here and so the high of 65 ensures us spending the day OUTSIDE and at the park. We may have more pics tomorrow, but if not, check back Monday!
